Check for signs of pests. Use natural alternatives to control pests. Maintain your garden. Clean spills and always seal food in secure containers.
Air movement is the key element of natural ventilation. Easy enough to open a window or door and benefit from the outside breeze. But, in farming areas, it can also be a source of pollution. Always remember that pesticides and dust may find their way inside your house. Be alert when to open and close your windows.

Be involved in your children’s school. Participate in school and other safety events. Promote healthy behavior and awareness.
