WAFA has successfully completed homes in Bridgeport, Ephrata, Moses Lake, Quincy, and Royal City, Washington. We are currently accepting applications for Moses Lake, and also Bridgeport in Douglas county.

Mortgage loan financing is provided through partnerships with local banks, and the Rural Development arm of the United States Department of Agriculture.  The law firm of Miller Nash, LLC, provide pro-bono support to WAFA’s ability to develop quality, low-cost homes for agricultural workers and supports Washington’s rural communities and the state agricultural economy.
